Barbarians

Barbarians are now not just poor axemen sitting in their villages and waiting for you to come and kill them off. They could be considered a minor civilizations that can build cities and make war with you.

Adrian:
Sounds promising but just like other preliminary info, it is not enough to form an opinion. They can turn out to be as puny as they used to be. What i need is a real threat.

Capt.Blazer:
Make them full-fledged civilizations. That would be fair. See some of my ideas in the wish list.
